Learn French New York Employment

Learn French New York is always looking for exceptional teachers for private and group French classes. Teachers will be given a standard curriculum, but will have the freedom to design lesson plans within that curriculum.

Group classes would be from 2 to 8 students and last an hour.

Private lessons can last from 1 hour to 5 hours in the case of intensive classes.

Learn French New York is open from Monday through Sunday.

The qualified candidate will: be native French speaker, fluent in English ; follow a curriculum that includes specific lessons ; create lessons which complement the core curriculum ; facilitate classroom discussions and activities which foster deep engagement and understanding ; write brief daily and monthly reports outlining progress and topics covered ; work to uphold the standards of Learn French New York.

The qualified candidate will also have:

2 or more years teaching experience (class or private) in a structured setting.
A certification or degree is preferred, but not required.
